VSL International Philippine Branch (operating as VSL Civil Works Philippine Branch) is a branch of VSL International
currently working on the Segmental Girders on package CP01 of North South Commuter Railway project.
VSL International is a specialist construction company founded in 1954. VSL contributes to engineering, building, repairing,
upgrading and preserving transport infrastructure, buildings and energy production facilities. Based in Switzerland, VSL is
owned by French construction company Bouygues.
As a specialist in post-tensioned and cable-stayed structures, foundations and ground engineering, VSL contributes to the
design and construction of major engineered structures and maintains, repairs and upgrades all structural systems that
guarantee safety and durability.
Our structural specialist input is based on the complex understanding of a structure and all of its individual facets –
technical, environmental, practical and economic – to meet every project’s stringent requirements.
Our ambition is to make it possible to construct, maintain or strengthen any structure and turn even the most complex
schemes into reality.
VSL is one of the two civil works subsidiaries of Bouygues Construction, a French global player in construction with a presence
in more than 60 countries and 58,000 employees worldwide.
